School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) | Tempe, AZ

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate full-time Physical Therapist this upcoming school year for a contract position located in the Tempe, Arizona area. For anyone commuting for this position, we can provide paid travel and housing stipends to help compensate for the drive.

Description:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• Onsite W2 contracted position
• Start July 2024
• End May 2025
• Virtual Interview

Responsibilities:

• Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment that is individualized to the students' needs
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to establish treatment goals
• Record data to track student progress
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to improve strength, coordination, range of motion, and function
• Document the response to treatment in routine reports

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience within pediatrics or schools is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
